This 4-week program includes four 60-minute calls with unlimited e-mail support and is designed to help you identify your diet, nutrition and exercise challenges. You’ll learn the six key aspects of health and wellness, set your health goals and work towards living a more balanced, healthy lifestyle. Also includes a DoTerra Essential Oil Consultation.

PROFESSIONAL ADVANCEMENT
This 6-week program includes four 60-minute calls with unlimited e-mail support to help you identify your professional obstacles. You'll learn the four key aspects of professional development and set a targeted plan to define your career aspirations - putting you on the right track for success.
PACKAGE #3
PROFESSIONAL & WELLNESS
This 3-month program includes six 60-minute calls to help you identify your professional and wellness challenges. You'll learn key aspects of both wellness and professional development, and set a definitive plan. Also includes an Energy Leadership Assessment and 60-minute Energy Leadership debrief session and a Doterra Essential Oil Consultation.
PACKAGE #4
DEFINE YOUR PERSONAL BRAND
This 6-week program includes four 60-minute consultations either in-person or via Skype, plus unlimited email support. With a focus on helping you define your personal brand, Jennifer starts with an analysis of your current personal image, including a detailed colour analysis as well as a style, hair and make-up consultation. You'll learn how to present yourself with a clear, defined image. A DoTerra Essential Oil consultation is also included, if desired.
WHAT IS THE ENERGY LEADERSHIP
ASSESSMENT?
Built on an energy/action model, the Energy Leadership Assessment is an attitudinal assessment that measures your energy level based on attitude and perspective of the world. Working with your coach, it can alter your attitude, make a shift in your consciousness and increase your energy as a result.

DOTERRA ESSENTIAL OIL CONSULTATION:

An introduction to the benefits of essential oils and a tailored assessment of which essential oils may assist you with your health and wellness needs.
YOGA:
Private 60-minute Hatha and Restorative yoga class with training on the foundational principles to improve digestion, circulation, flexibility and to reduce stress.
ENERGY LEADERSHIP:
Energy Leadership Assessment and 60-minute debrief session to discuss your results and implement a plan of action to increase your energy.
WORKSHOPS
